My aim as a personal trainer is to help lead my clients on their journey to becoming a healthier version of themselves, and also leading by example.
I believe living a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be made complicated, and exercise needn't be feared. Taking simple steps to change bad habits into good ones is easier than you think.
My aim is to bring to light all the positive benefits there are to living a healthy lifestyle.
Currently I run outdoor training groups and 1:1 PT sessions at North Sydney Oval.
My services include:
Outdoor Group Fitness - $20 per session
1:1 PT to help you reach your individual weight loss goals - $50 per session
4 week exercise program - $100
Diet advice - no charge
